Hi, I'm Cole!

I'm an 18-year-old guy from Ottawa, Canada.

I am a thrill seeker (not an adrenaline junky, but very courageous) and I am very adventurous. I am ambitious and philosophical, playful and fun, but hard-working and disciplined when required.

I strongly value a healthy lifestyle and enjoy eating healthy and working out. I also love learning and a great challenge, and actively seek personal growth in new opportunities and experiences.
I would like to expand my knowledge and experience across new methods of exercise (martial arts, yoga, climbing, etc.)
Additionally, I am interested in spiritual exploration and learning about different religious beliefs (meditation, mindfulness, Buddhism, different belief systems, etc. )

I love drinking coffee and tea (Has to be strong... I always take my coffee black, haha), reading non-fiction and self-improvement books, swimming, running, hiking, (any sports really), and listening to music.

I am very athletic - Track / American Football / Rugby / Hockey athlete, very experienced in resistance training.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking to escape the harsh subzero winters of my hometown and seeking adventure and exploration instead.

I have just recently deferred my university acceptance, as I felt that we don't know enough about the world, or myself yet, and I am looking to open my mind and discover what's out there.

I will be traveling to Thailand for 2 months with my friend Ion, from October to December, flying into Bangkok. From there, we are planning on touring all around the country on motorbikes.
We want to explore all that Thailand has to offer, including the beautiful islands and beaches, the mountains, the jungles, wildlife, temples, religions, culture, lifestyles, people, cities, parties, and food ofc :D

I am fairly good with technology and computers, and very familiar with Apple products, and can help you out with your tech.

I am a good and strong worker with past experience in construction/demolition, and landscaping, and would be willing to help you out with any general maintenance or small projects you have.
