Hi there! I'm Coleen! I love to travel and I'm a solo backpacker most of the time.

I enjoy climbing mountains and being under the sun more than anything! Pretty much easy to be with.

I grew up in the Philippines. I'm well traveled around Asia and my country. I enjoy good food and drinks over cocktails or wine. Would love to meet and learn more about the culture of other countries! Cheers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This was highly recommended by a friend. And as a solo backpacker, I really aim to meet locals and learn more about their culture. I enjoy meeting new friends while traveling cause it makes my trip worthwhile. Hope to meet future travel buddies here! :-)

Interests

Climbing mountains definitely hit the top spot. I enjoy the breathtaking views once you reach the summit and along the trail. Having that cup of coffee when you reach the summit after an excruciating climb is something I look forward to. Long walks on the beach, chasing waterfalls, reading a good book, having a glass or two after a stressful day. The little things really :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love alternative and acoustic music. My favorite movie is the before sunrise series. I enjoy reading YA books but lately I've been reading a lot of non fictions.

I can teach you english and tagalog words. I would love to learn a different language (italian, spanish would be nice!).
