what's going on here: a 25yr old graduate of oberlin college who works in book publishing in manhattan. i live in brooklyn -- in bedstuy -- about half a block from the A/C train. those will get you straight into manhattan in 20 or 25 minutes, anywhere from battery park / wall street to soho to the west village to chelsea to times square to central park, upper west side, harlem, you know, etc.

the months and years i've spent traveling have been some of the better ones in my life, and i'm always enthused about encountering fellow nomads, present & former. i did a fair amount of couch-crashing my last time out, which led me to meeting some great people all across europe. more than happy to pay my karmic dues, so to speak, and host some of you all in return.

i am probably more boring than you, but i'm exceptionally kind, and i don't mind if you wanna hang out, sleep on my couch, and/or share some food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i couchsurfed through europe in 2010/2011, encountering generosity and trust i'd never experienced, and i'd like to perpetuate that ethos, such as i'm able to do so.
