I’m a very social person and enjoy meeting new friends and we are seasoned travelers that know how to be helpful around your home in exchange for your hospitality.

Our round the world tour started in 2020 but the pandemic made us stop longer than planned in France, as of September 2023 we have started travelling again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I lived in Galapagos we hosted pretty much everyone that requested it , even if we had a full house , we found an extra space somewhere for you.

Now as a traveler I will bring amazing travel stories to the table , endless Galapagos information and any help needed around the place.

When hosted: I like to be helpful with our hosts, cook for them, take time to share moments with them and be respectful of their space, participate in expenses for food or other requirements, and this is what I would also expect of you in my house.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love having people around our house, all sharing their different travel experiences with us, and just hearing from other cultures, other ways of living., different things.

Interests

music, biking, being outdoors, walking, nature, the oceans: snorkelling, diving, helping people, good food, books, wine, art, travel, photography... and so much more, just about anything in life.
the culture of the places we're into, getting to know the locals is an essential part, and sharing a nice home dinner with wine and a good conversation is one of my favorite ways of knowing each other.
usually quiet evenings at home, but a little dancing and partying occasionally is also welcomed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My best travels have been thru the Pacific, I have sailed from Galapagos to New zealand à few times. I loved the feeling of beeing out there in the middle of this huge big blue ocean for days and days , and days ... and finally ... you smell land before you see it , what a way to get to a place , it s awesome!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy sharing meals and cooking together with our hosts, a nice way of learning about different cultures.

I enjoy the outdoors and always find ways to have fun outside with my kids.

We are traveling around the world since March 2020. I decided that I needed to keep doing what I love most even with kids.
And it’s amazing !!
We are world schoolers ( update 2022 / we are settled in this small town in france and kids are going to regular school but we still enjoy meeting up with unschoolers, worldschoolers.
