I grew up in the small rural town of Waukon, Iowa. I graduated from Coe College, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with a degree in sociology in the May of 2015. Since then, I worked as a manager of a 24 hour care home for individuals with special needs. After working there for a year, I decided I wanted to get out of my small hometown and out of Iowa. I decided to pack up my life and move to California, where I accepted a position as a Youth Development Specialist at an outdoor adventure camp by the name of Camp Augusta. During the off season I do hiring for Augusta over the internet, which allows me to travel and explore the world. :)
