Hey guys! Been on couchsurfing now for just a few months but I've already met some really cool people. I've not hosted yet as my town is quite a boring place but I've stayed with a few cool people who I can safely call friends now.

I'm really into travelling and I figured this could be a really cool way to do it and it's also something a bit different from the usual sleeping in dirty hostels and not getting any sleep haha.

I'm a really open-minded guy, quite simple in a lot of ways too actually as I prefer simple things like a good meal at a restaurant and watching football. I take part in as much sports as I can and I love socialising over a beer or 2. or 10. :p I like to laugh, chat, hear stories from like-minded people and just generally have fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people from all over the world. Like everyone else here I imagine. But that's the basic principle I suppose. I want to hear stories, embrace others cultures and have a great time along the way in the strangest of places.

I'm not sure what to put here, but after speaking with someone I'm assuming it's like facilities etc.... so here goes

I have the normal things which are very basic like a couch, a bedsheet and towels for showering etc. Its not the ritz but i'm pretty sure this is the idea right?
