Howdy!
My name, as you have probably already seen, is Colin Martin. I'm a musician and blue-collared laborer from North Carolina. I recently graduated from Warren Wilson College with a degree in math, and am now working for a landscaping company. I am young and foolish, but calm and respectful. I like guitars and beer, but those are just things, not as valuable as or even necessary for having a good time. I want to meet you and hear what you have to say.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like everyone else on here, I like to go out and see the world, and moreover, I like meeting the people who live in it. Wouldn't it be convenient if I could do that and also have somewhere to sleep at night, all at the same time? Eventually, I would like to host in Asheville as well, am currently between housing arrangements.

I love country music, but almost all music has something to appreciate. I have a lot of very strong opinions about a lot of different books and movies, but in general I'm all about them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I passed Real Analysis and proved the fundamental theorem of calculus (again).

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a lot about Asheville, a lot about music and a lot about math. Always want to know more about the language, history and music of a place. I can cook pretty well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love playing and listening to music, so that is certainly something. I'm also happy to perform any kind of outdoor manual labor, help you with your math homework (I've got a degree in it), and I will at least try to help with literally anything you want me to.
