I am a Social Sciences teacher/photographer (here is my site: http://www.colinboydshafer.com/) and my wife Kate is a teacher/dancer from Canada.

I taught for 4 years in Malaysia, and have also lived in France, Mexico and Spain. Kate worked 3 years for Disney and lived 5 years in Argentina. We also taught 2 years in Bulgaria together.

We love food, live music, new experiences and people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We figured this would help bring a much more local experience to visiting every state of the USA (we visited 49 states last year)

Kate is great with kids, loves dance, and will happily eat cheese all day.

Lots of good stories.. I hope! I've photographed someone from every country of the world who now lives in Toronto, and spent a year telling the stories of interfaith couples.
