ABOUT ME

grew up in Alberta, Canada living both on a farm and in the city at various stages. lived in Australia for a year when I was 17... great experience and started my love of travel and living abroad. started university and after a couple years back in Canada decided I had to go abroad again. lived/studied in Hong Kong for a term of uni, then backpacked around Asia. came back to Canada to work, then took off backpacking again as soon as I could. in my last term at university now, and looking forward to the end!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed through CS in Paris (Feb 2006). Other than that, nothing through CS, but lots of couch surfing before (okay, mostly though it has been in my home city, but after nights out!)

Intereses

going any place I have never been before... that's my biggest interest. day to day though, I love sports (from ice hockey to cricket and everything in between), music, reading... the typical stuff

very eclectic... i like to read all sorts of books, listen to all sorts of music, and watch all sorts of movies... guess I am just easy to please

Too many to list, but some that come to mind: being at the foot of Mt. Everest, scuba diving with sharks in Thailand, watching a World Cup qualifyer match between Argentina and Brasil live in Buenos Aires...
