PHILOSOPHY

Let it be. 'Be' refers to anything that is causing you so much stress you cannot appreciate a sunny day, a good cup of coffee, or the people you love. Perceptions are subjective: life is only as complicated as you see it. At the same time, don't push down emotions like sadness and anger... they'll come back to bite you in the ass so let them out without disrespecting other people.

Intereses

I love to read and walk. I can walk for miles and miles and miles. I also like to run and ride a bike in beautiful places. Singing and playing guitar has been a life-long hobby. I'm trained and training in Thai massage and I love yoga. I love to eat and cook good food.

"Gave up" my house, job, and stuff to travel around the world. Walked the Camino de Santiago... nearly 1000 km across Spain three times. Trekked the Annapurna circuit in Nepal. But these are big things. I see tiny little amazing things every day, too many to list.

I can teach someone a few chords on a guitar, English and even a bit of Spanish I am proud to say! I can also give Thai massage.
