My current mission is to have fun and see the world from the seat of my bike.

ABOUT ME

I am a 50 year old mother of 4 boys. My passion is cycling. In particular, I love bike touring. I also taught Water Aerobics for 10 years. Prior to becoming a mom, I worked as a pediatric rehab nurse.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is that you learn something everyday. Also, there is never a bad day to ride!

By registering to offer up my couch to travellers I am broadening the network of Couch Surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed as well as hosted. My surfing experiences (while bike touring) have all been great. I've also truly enjoyed the people I've met through hosting.

I like any music with a good beat. I'm not that much into movies. I love historical fiction and non-fiction books about bicycle touring.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Did a 17 day self-contained bike ride around WA state with my son last summer. I did a solo 33 day ride down the Pacific Coast in 2010. In 2011, I did a 48 day solo ride on the ACA Sierra Cascades Route.
