About Me

ABOUT ME

Hey there!
I have been blessed to be able to travel throughout much of my life so far while also finding a nourishing home nestled in the heart of the Adirondacks (upstate NY, USA).
I am drawn to moving towards deep connection with the world around me and within. Seeking to come into relation with the present moment again and again and to lean into the incredible capacities of being a human being in this lifetime!
I would be delighted to meet you!

PHILOSOPHY

One people, One World
One family, One Home
Universal Love and Compassion

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While traveling, Couchsurfing has been an amazing way to connect to locals of the area and feel instantly a part of the community even if just traveling in that area for a short time.
As of now I do not have a place of my own to host but once I do, I cannot wait to pay forward all the love and kindness I have been shown throughout this journey of life so far.

Interests

Slowing down the pace of everyday life through connection with others and understanding of myself. I have interest in the roots of strong communities and how best to live in harmony with all life. As of lately my interests have been focused in ceremony and ritual in how things can support in life's many transitions as well as supporting my community as an end of life doula.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music and pretty much listen to a whole array of genres.
The culture around bluegrass experienced where I grew up in northern New York through small music festivals and gatherings have brought that type of rugged, stompy, free flowing music close to my heart.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been blessed to travel by bicycle throughout parts of Asia (India, Nepal, Myanmar, Thailand) and through this way of slow travel, have been able to connect to the community and culture in a deep way.

Teach, Learn, Share

As this world becomes more globalized it is essential to see the oneness between all and to appreciate the diversity that brings great recliency.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The time that I have with them through sharing of experiences with one another with the hope of spreading love and compassion.
I've been born with the gift of holding space for others in a gentle and supportive way and can offer this open heart, safe space for those that offer their physical space to me.
