About Me

When trying to describe myself I find myself lost for words, which isn't common for me because I would describe myself as a writer. For the past few years of my life I've been searching for something to believe in. When losing a part of myself I searched for ways to escape. What I have come to find is that I'm interested in the environment, the impact we have on it, and how to live sustainably.
It's a question I ponder constantly to the point where I try to lessen my impact. I could go on forever about the environment, but I promise not to. My other hobbies include photography, yoga, pilates, and netflix.
I hope to volunteer with people from different cultures and ways of life. I want to be able to immerse myself in ways you can't as a tourist.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd be crazy to say meeting locals isn't the best part of any trip, so of course I love the idea of couchsurfing.
I'm couchsurfing right now because I have a 23 hour layover in Reykjavik on June 18th. I'm looking for someone who has a couch for me to sleep on and put my bag for the night. I promise to take photos of you and your dog or make you a meal, I would love to couchsurf in Reykjavik to avoid the cost of a hostel but also learn more of the culture!
I'm also couchsurfing because I'll be getting into Madrid on June 19th at a time that isn't the most convenient to take the bus down to Malaga, so I'm looking for a couch for the night so I can take the bus in the morning to avoid getting into the city at Midnight.
Thank you for viewing my page and if you can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it. I haven't used couchsurfing before but hopefully you can help make my experience amazing!
