Everything below is from 15 years ago, when we first signed up for couchsurfing. Most of it still applies, except we're older and no longer live in Portland, as we bop between our house in Costa Rica and a small apartment in Vancouver. We are mostly definitely not hosting at the apartment.

Mana and I spend most of our waking hours working -- mostly so we can travel. When we're in the country and not working, you'll find us doing a wide variety of things. And by that I mean taking full advantage of Portland's seemingly endless supply of eating and drinking establishments.

When we're not being hedonists, Mana adores cooking for people, yoga, running, and crap TV targeted to women between the ages of 15 and 35. I enjoy any opportunity for Spanish conversation and exploring amateur home improvement projects.
