ABOUT ME
Outdoor Adventure & Athletics has been a large part of my life for as long as I can remember. Racing mountain bikes, CX & road bikes in Colorado, Arizona, California & Texas was a passion of mine for almost 20 years. Now, I only put a number on my bike a few times each year... Exploring on my bike is more my speed these days. Starting up the Winter Park Fat Bike Series has been an "experience" in community service. I look forward to the 2016 season!

I've toured most of the United States. Only Maine, North Dakota and Wisconsin have eluded me so far. I've climbed dozens of 14ners in Colorado & California as well as Aconcagua (Argentina) and various big mountains in Chile, Peru & Mexico. Obviously, I love mountains... so Colorado is "home" to me. Skiing & boarding are fun at the resort, but I love putting on the skins & getting up into the backcountry with friends. After 17 years of doing the corporate rat-race doing embedded control for a semiconductor firm and designing avalanche beacons (Tracker 2), I am not focused on raising my young son and designing my own products.
