About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Change the way the world learns languages!

ABOUT ME

My passion is traveling and living in other countries. I am fascinated by foreign cultures and love meeting people from other countries, as well as speaking and learning new languages.

I'm a fun-loving, open person, love to laugh a lot (who doesn't). I'm always content having a beer or glass of wine and chatting with good friends or new friends. I think most people would say I'm a dependable friend.

I'm also a passionate entrepreneur and have my own company (with my two kickass partners) called RealLife English (RealLifeGlobal.com). Our goal is to inspire, empower, and connect the world through English, and we provide an experience like speed-dating for English learners, but without the romantic intention.

PHILOSOPHY

Be open-minded and go with the flow. It's the best way to view the world and get to know people. We are basically all the same.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfing, hosting (when I can), and going to different events

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2010/2011 while living in Spain I had three roommates and we had plenty of extra room so we had a group of CouchSurfers once every two weeks on average. I got to meet really great people and we had almost no bad experiences. Usually we would show the surfers around Palma and the Island of Mallorca. We would usually show them the nightlife, too. I really enjoyed meeting people from all over and learning about their corner of the world and hearing their stories.
Now I've had a few great experiences couchsurfing when I've travelled, too. It's SO much better than staying in a hostel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2011 I had the most amazing spring break of my life. Me and three friends kayaked around the island of Formenterra. We saw amazing caves and coves, slept on beaches, ate pasta and canned food. We played the survival game and it is one of the best experiences of my life. A few friends and nature.
