I am an ambitious young man born and raised in the hill country of Texas. I have worked as a firefighter / paramedic for almost 5 years now and have lots of stories that come with the trade. I have been fortunate enough to do quite a bit of traveling as my mom has been an international travel agent for almost thirty years now. I am quite the handyman, having acquired a vast amount of knowledge and skills in all sorts of trades involving both new and renovation construction. I love sharing my skills with others by lending a hand to those who need it whenever and however I can. I am in a relationship with a young lady named Maddy, who also shares my passion for traveling and meeting others from around the world and most often accompanies me on my adventures. She is soon graduating with a degree in social work and is pursuing a career with CPS. We both like to think of ourselves as a so called "power couple" and love to meet all the awesome people out there who share our interest in meeting and helping others from all over.

I have an irrefutable desire to see all the amazing cities and cultures our planet has to offer, but I am far from your typical tourist. I wish to see the world not by the typical means of vacation travel, but rather in a way that allows me to learn about the places I visit through the eyes of those who call it home.

I enjoy all types of music. Being from Texas, I can of course always get down to some honky tonk and two steppin tunes.. But my spectrum of music interest ranges through any era, all the way from rock and roll to classical and everything in between. I more or less just appreciate any good tune!
I don't watch much TV or movies because I am typically outside adventuring if the sun is out, and by the time I make it home, I am asleep before my head hits the pillow.
One of my favorite books, which also has a fantastic movie to go along with it, is Lonesome Dove. I am also a big Leonardo DiCaprio fan not only for his acting, but for his extended conservation efforts fighting to keep our planet healthy and beautiful as we all should!

This question is a tough one. I like to think my list of amazing things is a long one. One of my greatest accomplishments though, would have to be becoming a firefighter/paramedic. I have such a strong passion for helping others , and that combined with being an adrenaline junkie, has really made it a dream come true to have what I feel is the greatest job in the world. I am proud of who I have become in my journey through my training and education, as well as my experiences walking the streets of life.

Teach, Learn, Share. To start, I am always ready and willing to learn something. I am constantly searching for an opportunity to learn something new. I think we are so fortunate to have the ability to learn so much and be able to file it away for a rainy day. You never know when you might need to know something and then suddenly your brain surprises you with the answer you had filed away all along.
That being said, I am always willing to share my knowledge and skill set with anyone who is as eager to learn as I am. Teaching is a great way to master a trade and more often than not, in the process of teaching someone, I end up learning something new. I value the fact that we all have something different to bring to the table, and sharing our knowledge with one another just helps us to grow and prosper.

I can most definitely offer up amazing and fun filled adventures! I am one who enjoys a spontaneous trip off of the beaten path. I love soaking up the sun and enjoying the beauty of being outside. Finding beautiful little secret spots with breathtaking views is one of my favorite hobbies, but just because I call it a secret spot doesn't mean I won't share it with those who will appreciate it's beauty.
Also, my fellow firefighters and family can vouch, I am a great cook! I love whipping up a unique and delicious dish! I see cooking as not only a means of satisfying hunger, but an opportunity for people to come together and sit among each other to share stories and create memories with one another. But be careful coming to the table too picky, because you might miss out if you are too scared to branch out and try something new!
