Overview
About Me
I’m just looking to break the monotonous cycle of everyday life by experiencing new things and meeting new people. I enjoy learning new skills and creating in all shapes and forms. I strive to push myself to be a better human being.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I became interested in couchsurfing because of the opportunity to meet people and live a little slice of their day to day life and culture. I’m also fascinated by the idea of getting the “local” experience in the places I get to travel. I’d rather see the hidden treasures that often get overlooked because of the standard tourist traps.
Interests
I’m interested in meaningful conversations, new experiences, creating, acquiring new skills, and seeing everything I can see in my little lifetime.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a wide variety of tastes when it comes to music. At the moment I’m into surfy, garage rock. I enjoy many types of rock, reggae, and rap. I love live music of any genre. I like movies that make you think. A few of my favorites are Donnie Darko, the Outsiders, and Into the Wild. I read often and like to keep my options open, so if you’ve got a good book, let me know!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lived for two years in Paraguay while serving an LDS mission. I was able to pick up the culture and serve the wonderful people in the area.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can show you fun places to hike around Utah or how to snowboard. I’d like to learn about different cultures or a new art form.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my love of nature and the outdoors and appreciation for showing me something I’d probably never get to experience if it weren’t for this app.
