I have a spare double bed, a couch, pillows and blankets. I don't have pets. I don't smoke. Public transport is buses. My place is 8 km from the downtown (District 1), it'll take 30 - 40 minutes to get there by bus. I'm busy with work so am unable to bring you around or cook for you.
