ABOUT ME
Hi my name is Erik Orjiako. I am an ESL teacher/artist who is interested in fostering collaboration inside the art world, in an attempt to reduce the overly competitive nature of the arts.
Right now I'm working on a documentary film with my production company WILDHOUSE-CONSORTIUM that has taken us around the country.
I've relocated to L.A and was homeless for a few weeks, but the kindness of couchsurfers saved me. Now I'm an R.A at the days inn hotel for my school and living in a top floor suite. (which surprisingly is where i was bitten by bugs, not on any couches!)
My life is a quirky exchange of randomness, but i wouldn't have it any other way.
I may need to couchsurf again mid August. Hope to meet some more of you interesting people!
PHILOSOPHY
Life is short, so live it up.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I live at a hotel right now and have been hosted before, and now i can return the favor for a little while on either of my pullout couch beds.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was on the road for three months meeting strangers, conducting interviews, and i only paid for a hotel once between 13 states.
