CURRENT MISSION

We are looking to find a community in which we can be ourselves, and be accepted and loved, where we are respected and trusted and where we can share our lives with the people around us.

ABOUT ME

We met in Binghamton at school pursuing our Anthropology degrees, we met at a protest and became friends, fell in love, lived together, got married, etc. We have a small puggle named Loki, who both places himself and we place as the center of our lives, for the most part. We are currently traveling the country in search of a community that we feel comfortable in. We sold/ gave away all of our belongings and saved a little money and got a car and went on the road. We have been WWOOF-ing, and camping and generally having a good time. We are vegan, and we have been known to be active in standing up for certain belief systems to which we subscribe.

PHILOSOPHY

We live to share love and be loved and find a community of acceptance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now we are pretty new to the CS community and we obviously have not got a couch to offer but we look forward to offering anything we can in the future as we settle down somewhere. For now we want to meet lots of cool and interesting people that feel like we do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In the past we have hosted both friends and strangers and just people off the street in my house, when they needed a place to stay, it was not through the website but definitely was couch surfing.

I can share knitting skills, sewing skills, gardening skills, cooking and many more. I would love to learn how to better play the guitar and how to more effectively tap into my creative side.
