i love food. eating and cooking and collecting new recipes. especially thai food, indian and middle eastern.
i love martial arts. i have studied karate, tae kwon do, yang tai chi, wu tai chi, chen tai chi, northern long fist, muslim xing yi, shan xi xing yi, pa kua, i am certified in hong kong to teach wing chun, and i am currently studying muay thai and brazilian jiu jitsu.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Helped a hospital to bring free medicine and services to rural thailand. It's wonderful to see what people can do together to try to help others, with just a little time, effort, and heart.
