ABOUT ME
I'm an easy-going guy who enjoys sampling different things life has to offer. I prefer a reserved approach to new situations, but meet most challenges head-on. I am fairly set in my beliefs and views, but that's not to say "my way" is right for everyone else. I prefer activities that take place outdoors, but I'm not opposed to a good game of chess either... If it's new, different, or exciting I'm sure I'll look into it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am a new member. So I'm feeling my way through the whole CS experience. I currently have several friends attending Oxford University (UK) who have given CS great reviews; I look forward to participating more in the future.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have never had a personal "CouchSurfing.com" experience, but I have done my fair share of couch surfing. I have several friends around the US, who have crashed at my place or I at theirs, so I look forward to meeting new people through this site.

The one person I learned many valuable life lessons from is my Grandmother. Some of these lessons are:
Don't ever be scared to say "hello" to a stranger.
Good friends ARE family.
A kind word spoken quietly can be more powerful than a harsh command.
