Miguel Angel. Currently living in Oakland, CA and working out of San Francisco as a immigrant rights organizer. Been here less than 9 months, and still finding my way around.

I was born in Acapulco, Mexico, but have lived in the states since I was 5, mostly in California. I am an only child but really close to my family and a small close group of friends; I am an extension of all my relations.

I am someone very proud of my roots. I am a pretty easy going person that loves to explore the world and ask it my most profound and stupid questions. I like getting to know the daily struggles of people all over the world and share stories, thoughts, food, and drink over smiles and listening.

I love to dance, listen to different music, learn about history, politics, and other cultures. I learned a little bit of LatinAmerican history college and it motivated me to visit South America 2 years in a 7 month trip. It was 2 years ago and I am currently trying to revive that spirit once again. Hoping to explore the real America, as lived by folks in struggle across the nation.

Saludos! Mi nombre es Miguel. Yo naci en Acapulco, Mexico, pero e vivido en los Estados Unidos desde los 5 anos. La mayoria de ese tiempo en California. Soy el unico nino de mi Madre. Pero creci con mis primor y amigos de infancia que son como mis hermanos!

Soy orgulloso de mis raizes, amo a mi familia, y amigos. Soy una persona bien calmada y paciente, que hace muchas preguntas. Me gusta explorar y conocer la vida cotidiana de la gente del mundo.

Me encanta bailar, la musica, la historia, la politica, y conocer otras culturas. Aprendi un poco sobre la historia Latinoamericana hace anos y me dio ganas de conocer en person. Ahora estoy en Bolivia moviedome por ahi.
