ABOUT ME

I am a graduate student in Computer Science focusing on Microsurgical Robotics. I travel every chance I get. In between I cook, play sports, go to underground theater/music performances, hike, bike around, and try to sleep a little bit.

PHILOSOPHY

As I typed above, learn, share and make happy.

I seek out indy theater/music, art shows, museums, hikes, bike paths, old buildings, etc. Food:, ethnic, anything that is home made and made with fresh ingredients, passion and patience. I also love my work, colored clothing, witty conversations.
At the moment, travel and adventure are taking up most of my free time. I generally don't visit places more than once unless they are exceptional. Most of the time my memories are filled with the people I meet and the food I try. Want to join me?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Share my modest couch with interesting travelers. They usually get a tour of world class robotics research facility, check out underground baltimore theater/art scene.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a number of couch surfers stay at my place so far. I have yet to use the service myself. *Correction, had the most perfect couch surfing time in japan; thanks Nathalie.

Interests

I don't own a TV. I own an inflatable canoe, 5 bicycles, a cool red volvo, lots of books, a few robots, bread maker, camera,harmonica, laptop, lots of spices, a chair I made, bunch of handy tools, cowboy boots, a few toys I designed...Does this help?

too many to list. Like adventure non-fiction and KCRW music. From electronic to acoustic. Right now listening to Gabriella y Rodrigo. Don't get too see to many films, but typically they are on the indy circuit.
