About Me

ABOUT ME

I got in to couchsurfing during my under grad at the University of Floirda. I thought it was an amazing experience that could open my mind to new things, ideas, and cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have been using the website to experience new cities along the East coast of the US. I hope to travelabroad to France and Spain one day. I also like to go to community events and meet other couchsurfers in my area.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed while on a road trip from Florida top Tennessee for spring break. I stayed on three different couches. It was a great experience to get advice straight from locals on what I should check out and it made for some amazing site seeing. I have just recently stayed on someone's couch near Loyola University in Baltimore. She was very welcoming and had plenty of stories to tell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked at a camp for kids with behavioral and learning disabilities in up state New York. It was a whole new experience for me. I mainly worked with my autistic campers who I grew to love so much. It was amazing to see how much they grew at camp with the structure and support they needed. The hiking trips, waterfalls and beautiful weather there only helped make it all more memorable.

I also have a number of fond memories road tripping through Mexico with my family. I've seen deserts, waterfalls, rapids, caves and so much more thanks to my dad. The regions in Mexico can be so close yet so drastically different. And the amount of history though out all of Mexico is amazing.
