About Me

18 yo male who loves all things outdoor and musical!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking to travel the US! I want to travel as much as I can while I can so I'm putting the reachers and feelers out there :D

Interests

Rockclimbing, hiking, canoeing, backpacking, fishing, hunting if I need to for food, tubing, swimming, running, any kind of music with a semblance of structure, playing guitar, and most of all, learning of any kind! (Though spiritual learning is best I think)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: The Grateful Dead, Furthur, RatDog, etc. new jam bands, piedmont, delta, and electric blues, ragtime, bluegrass, JaZz, oriental/middle eastern music, raga, classic rock (floyd, zeppelin, beatles, etc.)... pretty much whatever as long as it has some swing ;)

Movies: Big Lebowski, Tarantino works, to be honest I don't watch much TV or many movies.

Books: Steinbeck, Hemingway, Hesse, Tolstoy, Whitman, Thoreau

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacked in the backcountry (no electricity, cell service, running water) for 8 days in the Adirondack Mountains!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love doing these things. Hahah not sure what to put here.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Songs! Stories! Life Advice but only if you ask for it! Great hugs and endless appreciation! Spiritual Awakenings! HA! Just kidding. But I can try to point the way :) If you mean tangible things (booo) then I'll do just about any work as long as it isn't degrading. There's a lot to be learned from repetitive tasks :)

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
