I was born and raised in a small suburb of Cape Town called Noordhoek. Growing up in Africa I have travelled to many african countries on long road trips with my family which I think sparked my adventurous nature. I have travelled to America (New York and New Orleans) where I was hosted by a family and then a year later I hosted an american student. I have also travelled to South East Asia where I went backpacking from the North to the South of Vietnam.

I am a loving, down to earth and open-minded free spirit. I finished school this year (2014) and decided instead of studying I am going to take a few years off and travel around Europe.

I thrive off of new experiences and I have a deep fascination with the human consciousness, philosophy and religion. (Even though I am not religious)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I think if you want to truly discover the ins and outs of a city, the best way possible is to "hang" with the locals. With Couch surfing you aren't just "hanging" with the locals you are staying with them which makes the experience ten times better.

Interests

I am starting in Amsterdam because I love cannabis culture. I am sure that in the near future South Africa will legalise marijuana and when that happens I would love to venture into the industry.

As I mentioned before I have a deep fascination with the human consciousness and philosophy and I love hearing different views and angles from other people.
