24 year old Canadian currently travelling Australia with my girlfriend Melissa in the back of our trusty stationwagon.

Graduated uni almost two years ago now, I studied Criminal Justice and hope to be a police officer one day (hate it or not).

I'm a big teddy bear. I'm super easy to get along with and notorious for going with the flow. I'm constantly trying to push myself outside of my comfort zone whether a big step or small. I'm also addicted to stroking my growing travel beard, grooming tips welcome.

Couchsurfing is a rather new experience for me and it goes along with pushing myself out of my comfort zone as much as possible. It's a new phenomenon to us putting yourself out there and asking a complete stranger for help. Not necessarily just a place to stay but a helping hand and a wealth of local knowledge.

Love anything based in the outdoors, hiking, swimming, climbing, biking, kayaking, snorkeling, driving. Just generally exploring! Getting out of the house and getting backcountry for a camping trip tops my ideal trips.

Mediocre fisher but I'd drop a line. I've been hunting (deer/turkey) but I've yet to kill anything. Love to eat gamy meat, bison, venison, kangaroo etc.

Romeo, my dog back home, one of the horrible parts of travelling is you can't have a pet.

New experiences! I.e.) a tip from Steve (CS host in Townsville, QLD) we showed up to the yacht club on social race day and were invited on a sailboat to race and came second!
