Bred, born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Went to college in Tacoma, WA and studied English and Religious studies. Traveled around Colombia, Argentina and Germany after graduating then worked a year with the Washington Conservation Corps. Went to the East coast and did some more traveling/wwoofing before spending half a year working on my cousin's organic farm in Yamhill, OR. Returned to Tacoma and worked doing Grounds Maintenance for the City of Tacoma then quit in Spring of 2023 to go on a bicycle trip around the country! Biked from Tacoma to Bar Harbor, ME this summer, and heading south to Key West this Fall from Bar Harbor (then to San Diego, then back to Tacoma). I love biking and audiobooks and folk music, drinking tea and records and walking. I don't drink alcohol, though I love NA beer. Interested in becoming a high school history teacher after the bike trip is completed, and eyeing Teach for America.
