I just graduated in July with a Masters degree in Mechanical engineering. I just moved to Taipei a couple of months ago and I'm currently looking for work. I'm quite an outdoorsy person, I like going hiking, river trekking, swimming etc. but its also nice to relax at home or with friends, watch some movies/shows, play some games and just chill. I like to listen to a lot of music, would love to check out some shows. I prefer more rocky/metally stuff but i'm open to loads of different styles. I'm fluent in mandarin so i have no issues with communication over here. I've also been playing the drums since i was 12, would definitely be up for meeting up with other musicians and just jamming

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really enjoy meeting new people, especially when travelling in other countries. Staying with people that are local to that area is a great way to experience the lifestyle and culture of the area, and the best way to find people to stay with is through couchsurfing. Additionally, most hostels and hotels are only located in specific areas, so by using couchsurfing i can stay in new interesting places that would otherwise almost be inaccessible. And of course, its just great meeting new people and making new friends

If anyone has an interest in any of the things i mentioned above in 'About me', Im more than happy to teach them or just talk about those subjects. I havent travelled to many places, but i have been to Taiwan 3 times and have many interesting experiences and lots of information to share. Generally speaking, Im happy to talk about almost anything, and im very easygoing.
