Hello there, I’m Connor. I’m from a small town in rural Oregon, but now call Portland home. My main goals in life are to travel the world, meet new friends, and eat delicious food.

I am a digital designer and am eagerly learning as much as I can about UX and how to create amazing digital products for people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and building a community of people from all around the world. Some of the best friends and strongest connections I have made were with strangers that I've met on my travels. I am currently contemplating a move to the Bay Area and am looking to get a feel for the city, check out new neighborhoods, and begin building a network of friends. It would be awesome to find some Bay Area locals who want to share with me the best their city has to offer!

Music, Movies, and Books

I admit that I dig pop music – I’m not too cool for school. Nothing wrong with a little T Swift and Katy Perry ;) I also love edm, house, and really anything that makes you want to move. I love going to live music and dance parties.

I’m honestly not much of a reader and when I do I tend to read more non-fiction, books on design and psychology, and articles about the state of the world and international affairs.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and am more than happy to help make meals and share my interest in food with my hosts.

I’m also quite tech savvy and find that a lot of my friends turn to me for help with their computers, phones, building websites, etc. I’m happy to help in these areas as well.

I think I’m a fun natured person as well. I’d love to share some drinks and laughs with my hosts.
