About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Mission? Well I would say I'm currently trying to do anything that allows me to stay in Japan for as long as possible. Any job, or anything! I love this country.

ABOUT ME

I hate it when people say they are "easy going"...what does even mean?! Me? I'm not easy going, I get passionate, I get annoyed, I get attached.
I'm 21, I moved to Japan, Kyoto, on December 27th 2012. Hoping to live out here permanently.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to be happy....nothing else. I'm not here to please other people, but not am I selfish and not care. I just want to care and be cared for.

Interests

Most things Japanese. I'm not really interested in travelling the world, I want to settle in Japan, mainly Kyoto. The food, the culture, the sights are all fascinating.
I quite love anime, and video games, though rarely have time for them anymore.
I'm often going on spur of the moment walks and winding up in the most obscure places with some amazing sights and stories to tell!

Music, Movies, and Books

Back to the future trilogy. Matrix trilogy.
Meatloaf. Queen. Beatles. Scatman. Mika. Tina turner.
His dark materials. Glory trail.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed Daimonji mountain in Kyoto on my own with no knowledge that that was what I was doing, it was during a blizzard, I was on my own with no phone or way to contact people. I got very lost, but it was perfect.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am trying to visit as many ramen and Katsu restaurants as possible, and love showing people around.
As well as that, sharing secluded areas and sights with people whilst talking about life is something really calming to me. Whether it's about philosophers, temples/shrines, foods, films, or life events.

Countries I’ve Visited

Japan

Countries I’ve Lived In
