About Me

**Traveling Asia and Europe at the moment, so not available to host, but feel free to message me any Austin questions you might have**

As shocking as it is, I love traveling. If I could figure out a way to get paid to travel, I'd do that until the end of my days. I'm a laid back individual who enjoys good food, a decent drink, and the company of cool people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm embarking on an indefinite around the world trip and a friend told me about this site. In the past I've always just stayed in hostels, but after learning about couch surfing, this seemed like a good way to mix in actually meeting locals during my travels, and to pay that back by hosting people in Austin once I return.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once drove a rented quad along a cliff in Santorini that was about a foot wider than the quad itself. I had never ridden a quad before, so this was not the wisest decision. I'd not have died from the fall, but the trip would have been drastically shortened once I paid for the cost of it, should the worst have happened. That view though. Worth it.

Another time, I jumped into a van with three strangers and drove into the Australian outback, camping in free campsites for a month. I woke up to diverse things, including kangaroos in the campsite, a rising flood that required our immediate evacuation, and beautiful sunrises over Uluru. It was three of the best weeks of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am passionate about teaching people how to make a proper margarita. None of that crap made with Jose Cuervo and sour mix.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I carry a grinder, a bag of beans, and an aeropress with me, so a decent cup of coffee is always on offer. Beyond that, I'm clean and love to chat away about anything, but especially travel experiences, or how Rick and Morty is the path to world peace.
