I write and perform songs/spoken word (conoro.webs.com)

I'm Irish, from an Irish-speaking place called Gaoth Dobhair.

I like wandering, whether at home or abroad. I love music, anyone who's got an instrument on or near their couch (or with them) will earn mad brownie points from me.

I'd happily eat/do/jump off/go anything/anywhere.

PHILOSOPHY

Alphabetisation before coherence, do everything for Godot, his is juxtapositive - Kill lions, make nightly overtures passing Queens, repenting, supine, terrified. Unloved victim, wailing "Xenomania!", yowling "Zealotry!".

Or, y'know, be nice, have fun. Either of those.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I'm away, I take the bed,
the couch, the floor, the street, the sea,
and in the morning build a fort out of the sheets,
and hang the seaweed from the trees.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some amazing people through couchsurfing, done and seen things I wouldn't have otherwise. I like learning from people, and teaching what little I know: songs, stories, recipes and the like.

Interessen

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Climbing Table Mountain in Cape Town at 2am at the full moon and watching the sun rise while the full moon lingered, the sun spreading a deep red/yellow glow across the whole horizon, meeting the pinkish hue on the horizon behind us from the moon. The most beautiful thing I have ever seen.
