I am 27 years old and from Ireland. I am currently working in Ayutthaya in Thailand as an English teacher - although this is very different to what I studied :)

I have couchsurfed once while I was in North America and found it a great way to experience a place. Sadly, I have rarely been in a situation to give back to the community by hosting someone.

I love travelling, meeting, learning, listening, reading, watching, doing and generally can occupy myself with almost anything.

My first love was rock and indie. Have broadened my tasted greatly and now will listen to almost any genre. Similarly started out with fantasy books but now will read almost anything in story form. Anything goes where movies are concerned except romcoms - bleugh!
