About Me

Hi lovely travelers,

I grew up in Germany, graduated highschool and afterwards I went to New Zealand on a working holiday visa. Thus I got to know many awesome people, learned to love the great outdoors and just had an amazing time closely connected to nature.

I am always keen to learn new skills, get to know foreign traditions and get inspired by people from across the globe. I believe that the biggest part about humanity is social life , intercultural exchange and learning from each other while we share great experiences.

After I got back home I went to uni for 3 years became a nurse, worked for a year and took off again.

My last destination was Central America, for surfing and yoga classes, as a result I learned some Spanish and stayed active with body and mind.

I really appreciate learning from others, no matter if it is cooking, new games, playing sports or just thoughts about certain topics.

An open mind is the key of freedom and freedom is the key of life, so lets open some mental doors in life together:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As described earlier, there is no greater thing about humans than social life and interacting with each other.
Couchsurfing provides an awesome chance to do just that, furthermore it is a great opportunity to get to know link minded people, as well as getting to know places and traditions as authentic as possible.

My Couchsurfing experience has been AMAZING so far! I've met such awesome people, who were so kind to me and I really enjoyed every single meeting with other couchsurfers.

Currently I work as a nurse in the emergency room, but my dream would be to study medicine in Groningen, beginning in September.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In California at the Tulloch lake we ran into a guy who invited us over to Santa Barbara on our way south to LA. So we ended up visiting that guy, getting to know all his flatmates and actually didn't want to leave anymore after the week we've spent with them. It was a week full of adventures, kidness, harmony, challenges(in a good way), activities and just a **** load of fun!
They were so nice to us, and even though we didn't know each other before, after the first day it was like hanging out with old friends.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to share my passion about the little things in life such as a good coffee in the morning( or in the afternoon- honestly coffee is always great:)).
In any case I am down to go outside, go for a bike ride, to go for a swim in summer, to run whenever and wherever, or to share my knowledge about anything, especially for medicine. Life is extraordinary, so let's go and do something fun.
