I was born in Germany and went to school in Coburg, my home town. I'm currently working on my graduate's degree in Applied Physics at the University of Missouri in Columbia. I am a visiting scholar and will possibly be completing my thesis there in the spring. I am very clean and organized. I enjoy helping out around the house whenever I can.

I think that one of the cool things about couch surfing is that this is a way for me to immerse myself in the culture of the country that I'm visiting instead of just being a tourist. I really enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new things, as well as seeing new places. I'm a very open minded person and I'm always up for anything!

I'm a swimmer. I'm a pilot. I'm really into photography. I love being outdoors doing some mountain biking, hiking and backpacking. I'm totally into winter sports like snowboarding, skiing, really anything involving snow. I'm kind of into computer science as a hobby. As part of my grad work in Missouri, I'm doing research in absorbing natural gas, specifically with nano-porous carbon.

Musica, film e libri

I'm mainly into Rock, and i also like reggae, country and a little bit of metal (but it depends). My favorite band is Die Toten Hosen.

I like action and comedy movies. 'R.E.D.' and 'The Whole Nine Yards' two of my favorite movies.

The only book series I ever read was the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and I loved it.

When I was 16, I traveled by myself to London to visit my sister. It was difficult because I could barely speak English. I got totally lost in the underground and spent four hours trying to figure out the right train to take. I ended up going back and forth until I eventually made it.

I've always been skydiving.
