ABOUT ME

I am 23 years old and currently teach in Monterey County, California. My largest traveling experience was studying abroad in Spain in 2011, where I visited multiple cities and 3 other countries. This is when I first couchsurfed and though I have never been able to host people I am hoping that will change in near future.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone should do their own thing and show respect to the people around them. I'd say I'm pretty laid back and enjoy peaceful settings. Always offer help to those in need too, because you never know when you will be on the receiving end.

Have couchsurfed only once, but met many others on the site. Want to host people trying to visit Cali as long as I'm here and hopefully surf in the future.

Interests

I like hanging out with my friends and traveling to new places more than anything. I have played music before (Sax and brass), done drum corps, and tried different kinds of dance. I love playing sports and American football and frisbee are my favorites.
I also love exploring nature back in California and try and go on hikes and long walks frequently.

Love Movies, to name a few: The Godfather I and II, Forrest Gump, Goodfellas, Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs, Shawshank Redemption, V for Vendetta, Die Hard, The Apartment, 12 Angry Men, Half Baked, Anchorman, Happy Gilmore, Animal House, Blues Brothers.
Like a lots of different kinds of Music, especially Reggae, Jazz and older Rock, some of my favorites are Beatles, Bob Marley, RHCP, Temptations, Stan Kenton Big Band, Charles Mingus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled most of the U.S. on a bus with a drum corps over the course of the summer. I had a lot of fun and got a new appreciation for how diverse the U.S really is
