the two major realms for me are progressive rock/ metal as well as electronic stuff like psytrance, minimal, tech-/progressive house, psybient etc..
i also like some pagan music, classical music, new age sounds, cinematic soundtracks and 60/70ies stuff..
sometimes jazz(rock), reggae/ska and some hiphop

some of my current favourites in prog:
Karnivool, Leprous, Soen, Port Noir, Tesseract, Haken, Mastodon, Rishloo, Unexpect, Fair to Midland, Beardfish, Caligula's Horse, iamthemorning... and ofcourse grandmasters like old Genesis, Yes, Jethro Tull etc. :)

at times i enjoy readying fantasy novels (LotR, Harry Potter, Kingkiller Chronicle..) and books about alternative healing/spiritual growth/fabric of the universe...
