One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

swimming at dawn in the harbour of corfu
wandering at dusk in the olive orchards of paxos
taking a dip in the voidomatis river in epirus
going for a walk with my best loved dogs one and tim
and so many other things

i am a vidid cook of all kinds of cuisine, greek, turkish, indian,
can share a meal , a desert like thyme creme brulee or mastic pudding with fig sauce
