ABOUT ME

travelling abroad used to be my favorite thing regarded as one of priorities.
but now, i can say there existed some intention to exit out of my stressful work life(i had been a reporter in a newspaper for 9 years) through travelling.
after i realized i can be happy wherever i am, whatever i do, whoever i am with, traveling seems more meaningful experience than before.
i'm all ready to meet creative, sincere, joyful, adventurous people spread out all over this planet. including korean travellers, of course.

PHILOSOPHY

like a big huge oak tree, i wish to keep myself growing up and make my own ecology with other creatures: with my fruits, leaves, roots, and cool shade.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

though my apartment is not ready to host surfers, i can help them travel around daejeon area- bringing them to forrests, coffee house, parks, etc. if possible, we can cook some korean food together in my house.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

wonderful! i met two surfers in puerto rico, and we could share such precious moments together learning and feeling something each time.
recently in 2010, i had another couch surfing experience in NY, and it was also wonderful! my host was very considerate and supportive, and i met a perfect city guide-friend who taught me lots of thing.

Centres d'intérêt

i'm interested in learning languages(little spanish, little japanese), environmentally friendly things(education, tour, organic market, recycled arts, basically everything. the thought that we can make things better always make me feel so connected to the mother earth), learning about trees and ecology, spiritual growth, cooking organic healthy food, music.
i do not like smoking and drink alcohol rarely(just some sweet wine, beer).
