HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Being a little selfish at the moment... We want to use this project while we are traveling through France, Germany, Czech Republic, and Switzerland for 17 days this July and August for James' first trip out of the US. We feel that he will really enjoy his first real traveling experience through this project because he will be truly surrounded by the places we are traveling. We do plan on reciprocating the surfing by opening up our couches for people when we get back to New York.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, but excited to start! Ready to start meeting people from everywhere and anywhere. Excited to share experiences, learn about different cultures and different people and how they became happy, where they've traveled, who they've met along the way, where they want to go, what they do. Ready to eat a lot of different food and drink a lot of new wines and beers along the way :D

Interessi

snowboarding, climbing things that weren't meant to be climbed, playing guitar and piano, eating everything, naps, Jack Bauer, baking cookies and cakes, reading in the shade on sunny days, playing catch, any kind of game, trying to cook (so far we only have omelets and chicken down,) making up silly songs, sunflower seeds.

Music - Pretty open to all types of music, but some favorites include Queen, Motion City Soundtrack, Weezer, The Strokes/Julian Casablancas, The Arctic Monkeys, Andrew W.K., Brand New.

Movies - That Thing You Do, No Country for Old Men, Independence Day, The Brave Little Toaster, Love Actually, Fight Club.
