ABOUT ME

" Friendship usually starts with a simple hi ". I am a firm believer in that. I have traveled almost 40 states and yet been to Europe. Life has a lot more to offer and many can't be missed.

I am a mix of Thai, Chinese, and Portuguese . My work life has been in hospitality industry, from college education, Master degree, running hotels and restaurants to cooking. I want to be a chef/restaurant owner one day.

I'm young at heart and excited for what life has in store yet with plenty of learning to do. I love to eat, laugh and be merry. BTW, my friends & family are amazing! I am very thankful. Cooking is my life, living is my soul and passion. I live life to the fullest, work very hard, make people laugh, and enjoy the breathe of fresh air anywhere I go. I am an optimistic and open minded student of life.

I think couchsurfing embrace the concept of love and sharing. It does make me believe that there are so many great people living on this planet. I can't wait to meet/ and befriend with them. I have met cool people and we all still stay in touch.

Cookbooks

I love small, foreign, and independent film as well as mainstay blockbuster movies. Docummentaries and food shows are my favorite. I enjoy watching anything that makes me laugh.

Music is big part of me. Without it, there would be no Mosart n Nat King Cole. Like chef without ingredient to cook.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I escaped death twice, accidents. It made me wanting to see the world, eat food I have never eaten, do thing I have yet done. Helping others as much as I can. Make the differences in the world. I def. make people laugh at least twice a day.

I have seen birth and death before my eyes. It made me understand why life is so precious. I will always find inspiration from anything I have seen.
