About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To one day leave this Island for a great adventure

ABOUT ME

I enjoy the outdoors and keeping fit. I love where I live and consider myself very lucky to live in such a place. I play rugby on over the winter with the mighy Cooks Hill Brown Snakes. During the summer go to the beach and take it easy. I run a small business which is a equally fun and hardwork.

PHILOSOPHY

I became aware of couch surfing when I read "what's yours is mine" a book on the rise of consumerism and excessive consumption and the rise of "collaborative consumption". Since then I have attempted to open my mind and live in a more pleasant manner, in an attempt to realise live is about contributing rather then just accumulating.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to host travelers and show off the beautiful city in which I live. Then in turn someday someone else will do the same.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted many surfers over the years, it's been a great experience now I am keen to meet some people whilst heading off myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I started a rugby club (the Cooks Hill Brown Snakes) which is now in its 5th year has two teams and over 40 players.
