ABOUT ME

i grew up in a village desert just outside Jaisalmer and have lived in the centre for the past 2 years.

I have recently given up my internet cafe and taken partnership in a hotel/cafe in Jaisalmer and will like to welcome friends also as couch surfers. We have set aside a separate room especially for couch surfers to stay for free and we are very happy that we are able to do this. Our hotel is located in the middle of the city with a view of the famous Jaisalmer fort.

I am friendly and social and enjoy meeting new people often. I enjoy talking with people from all different countries and sharing stories and jokes. I hope to welcome people of all different countries.

PHILOSOPHY

I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do. I think of.....BLANK! I don't like to stress. I take life as it comes. Nobody gets out of it alive anyway.I enjoy my life with all my soul. I listen to my soul and my instincts on all occasions. In the foreseeable future i would like to travel. Marriage and children will be a long way off.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am still new to couch surfing but I have friends from all over the world come to stay with me and I can hook them up with lots of local information and free wifi. A lot of friends come to jaisalmer and I enjoy chatting a lot with people from all over the world. im still very new so i am not sure about how to help more with the project except just hosting/meeting people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive been all over the northern section of India including: Delhi, Chandigargh, Amristar, Rishikesh, Haridawar, Simla and Musuri - which was the most beautiful place i have ever visited. the fresh air and food was unreal. So ive seen most of Rajasthan and i like another place - Udaipur. I have had a couple of couchsurfers stay with me for 2 or 3 days each and have not yet had the opportunity to couch surf other places because i work pretty much every day of the week.

Interests

ALL music! Traveling and desert parties. Adventure sports. hiking. My one thing i like to do in my life is to see live music concerts. Particularly i would like to see The Killers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is my girlfriend. I know about a lot of different types. I like to read about personable philospohies such as Viveka Neand - you should check out some of his stuff! Im not really into watching movies and would rather spend my time face to face with other people or chilling out alone.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once kept a dog in my home. His leg was badly broken and i nursed him back to health and he still hangs around. ive been in a chair lift by myself, which is something that most people i know have never done. everybody is different right?!

Teach, Learn, Share

i can teach about music - not the instrument kind but the more modern stuff. i would like to learn about languages particularly french. i can shareloads of music, naturally but i can share my life and surroundings and my heart with all whom i meet.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We haveli Blues café is a small and cozy rooftop café where you can enjoy beautiful view of Jaisalmer together with good music and tasty . There is always good music of all genres (jazz, blues, electronic, minimal, reggae, hip-hop, …) playing in the background and we will be more that happy if you also share your favourite music with us! So whenever you are bored of wandering around or just simply want to relax, come to our place and feel like home. We are open Alwyes for host !!
