ABOUT ME

Have my Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and English, from UC Santa Barbara.

My home is a forest town in eastern Sacramento, CA known as Fair Oaks.

Lived in Breckenridge, Colorado for 2 years, working as a bartender.

I feel most at home in the mountains, with mountain people, doing mountain things. I also love to write.

I currently live in Hamilton Heights, Harlem, Manhattan, New York City, New York - studying for my master's degree in Magazine Journalism from Columbia University.

Love to meet just about anyone for drinks, hanging out, talking, or doing just about anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosted a friend of a friend from Australia in August, 2009. Also tend to make friends with many foreign exchange students and end up showing them around and helping them out with my car.

Just Couchsurfed through Europe for the month of September, 09

Have since hosted a few people in my new home of Breckenridge, CO.

Cannot currently host, but down to kick it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing through Europe was one of the best experiences of my life. Everyone I met was incredible, and I got to do things I never would have done otherwise. Look forward to meeting people in my town now.

Interests

Snowboarding and music are my two passions, I feel most in touch with myself when doing one or the other... or both!

Love to read, write, talk/listen, drive around, play video games, watch movies, and go out partying
