CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to get to see my daughter in France and when I get back start reclaiming a lovely bit of land in the oasis of Ireland that is Sneem in Kerry, where I'll grow chickens, smiles, happiness, healthy madness and lots of love

ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Dublin's fair city and more or less moved out in 2000. I've traveled the length and breath of Ireland and have finally settled in a place called Sneem.

I do consider myself a spiritual person, as spiritual development is probably more important than anything else, but that's not to say that you should follow any one way of thinking. To do so puts a wall around the many other things out there to learn. Break all boundaries and walls and rebuild them with fluffy things that you can play and laugh on. ;)

I have two beautiful children, one in Cork Ireland and the other in Nice France and its my mission in life to provide a secure community for them to escape to or hopefully live in, the choice is theirs.

I suppose my distaste for whats expected of us in today's society makes me a bit political but that's enough of that (problem with politics is politics itself, lol) But I am going to force all politicians to wear funny animal costumes. I think this will help our next generation to see whats really important.

My trade is in web design and i'm a Linux person and self thought. Left school when I was 14 to work (or rather play) in a bakery... lasted 2 months! Couldn't believe it either. Been moving around since then, looking for my rabbit hole with rabbit people like me, and haven't been in the same place for more than a year in 15 years! But now my rabbit feet are sore (i think) and after woofing on a farm in Sneem I decided I'll stay for a least one year.... well... maybe ;)

PHILOSOPHY

be yourself and expect others to be different and you can't go wrong. Unless you look in a mirror and expect something different, then that's just a circle of confusion.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm mad about documentaries, mainly science and human evolution. There's only two types of music to me - good and bad, no genres or styles, just good and bad and its up to the individual to decide for themselves.

Teach, Learn, Share

But definitely from all the interesting and hidden interesting people I have bumped into on my travels I have learned one main thing - everybody is different on the outside but the same on the inside. The only way to learn is to listen to others and keep your eyes open.. wide open.

oh and also, I can teach basic programming skills using:
php, mysql, xhtml, css, javascript (hmmm, nearly forgot about that)
