Hiya! My first Cocuhsurfing experience was in 2008, when me and a friend were travelling through Canada and USA. Unfortunately I haven't used couchsurfing since then and have no idea which account name I've had, so it'll be a fresh start again. But I hope I'll be able to meet some of our former hosts here again. :)

My partner and I are living in a small house near Birmingham and am happy to offer our guest room to you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is a great opportunity to meet new people from around the world, experience foreign cultures and this without the worries of being unable to pay for an accomodation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Me and a friend found 1700€ on the street in a calendar, investigated the owner and handed every penny back. We later learned that the owner saved up a whole year, to be able to visit her daughter in Japan (she accidently left the calendar with the money on the roof of her car, after withdrawing it at the bank).

What I Can Share with Hosts

Depends on the situation and the interest of the host, but if the chemistry is right, we might end up in an evening full of funny stories, good food and music entertainment (my partner is a professional guitar player).
