ABOUT ME

As a politics/international relations student I am a genuinely curious and interested person who likes to get to know the world a bit better and I believe travelling is the best way to do so. I enjoy exploring new countries, hearing other people's life stories and discovering other cultures. Having lived in different countries, I believe that sharing travelling experiences with other travellers or locals makes a journey an enriching and very special experience.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately I am living in a tiny student accommodation at the moment which means I can't really host anybody. But inspite of this I would be pleased to explore the nice corners of York and show you around even though I am not a native "Yorker".

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Seen as I didn't have an account on couchsurfing I have mostly tried to stay with friends while travelling but I really like the idea of couchsurfing so I would very much enjoy to make my own couch surfing experiences as soon as possible and share it with other people.

Interests

I obviously love travelling but I also enjoy cooking and eating, reading, theatre, world cinema and dancing to good music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I normally enjoy listening to all sorts of different music genres from classic to electro, depending on my mood. I also love reading even though I don't have enough time to read just for the pleasure of it. I especially enjoy Latin American autors such as Luis Sepúlveda or Gabriel García Márquez but I could read whatever I feel is interesting.
Furthermore, I indulge my passion for world cinema as often as possible, a film I watched recently was shooting dogs for instance.
